    Hi Traci,

If the files are all in a row with no gaps click the first file then press Shift and click the last file to select all of them

If the files are not all together, click the first file, then press Ctrl and click other files until you have them all selected . . .

When selecting multiple files, the easiest way to do so would be to hold down your left mouse button and drag across the files you want to move.

You can also hold shift, and then click to the last file you want to move and it will highlight every folder in the middle as well as the first and the last.

I'm assuming you know how  to select multiple files when Explorer is working properly, but it's not allowing you.

I seem to remember seeing another thread where someone finally reported that turning off 'Use Sharing Wizard (Recommended)' fixed this issue. So try that first. Sign out & back on after making the change and check behavior.

Also, check various locations; see if it's all folders or only certain ones.

Hold down the Control key on your keyboard

    Click and select each file

    Click the Home tab

    Click Move

Choose the location if its listed or scroll down to the bottom then click 'Choose location'.
