Is there any way to have it so that when I use Game DVR to record, it would put my game audio on one track, my mic on another track, and maybe other desktop audio (such as a discord call audio) on a third track, instead of having all that in one track? Would be very useful for video editing.

Currently, Game DVR records video having the audio on one track. Having the game audio, mic audio and, desktop audio on a different track would be a great idea. I suggest that you submit a request or send this as feedback to our Feedback Hub. To do this, you may refer to the link below:
