    Hi, @sumacasu ,

    If you want to call outbound API in a list form, a PowerApps customized form may be needed. You can use PowerApps to add connectors to Oracle Database. Or you can register a custom API there. As PowerApps is not supported here in Microsoft Q&A, and I am not an expert on PowerApps, please go to the Power Apps Community for more help. The specialists there will be able to provide more detailed plan and explanation about it.
