Need help with Azure

Hello!
I want to close my Azure account and cancel my Azure subscription.

It was fraud and scam!!!

I've "got a job" in one company.
They asked me to opet an Azure account and then I have to gave them my user name and pass.
After that, they dissaper!
I guess they've made some changes so I can't cancel subscription nor close my account.

Help please!

    Have you already tried to login to Azure portal and cancelling subscription using below steps?

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription#cancel-subscription-in-the-azure-portal

    If that subscription is using your personal credit card, I guess you will have to deactivate/block it as well. Else you will keep on receiving monthly bill for azure usage
