FPGA/Soc haardware boards connectivity with hyper V

Hello Team,
I want to connect FPGA / SoC hardware boards on Linux platform. I would like to load bitstream using JTGA / ethernet/ PCIe connectors on these boards. Will hyper V supports such hardware or response to these boards ?
