Thanks for getting back. Since your graphics card driver and your BIOS are both updated, then I suggest performing a clean boot to help us determine whether or not this behavior is triggered by a software or program that is recently installed on your computer.

For the detailed steps in performing a clean boot, please check out the link How to perform a clean boot in Windows. Look for the How to perform a clean boot section and follow the steps provided for Windows 10. Make sure to check the Hide all Microsoft services option before you disable all other services.

Please update this thread with the result so we can further check on the issue.

    Regards.

    Hi Man_Gup,

The problem you have may have something to do with your computer's graphics processing unit or with the power supply you're using. If you have another power supply unit, then please try to use it. If the issue persists, then I suggest updating driver of your graphics card. For more information about updating the drivers, please see Update drivers in Windows 10.

If updating the drivers won't help, then I suggest that you proceed with updating your computer BIOS. Please get in touch with your computer manufacturer for proper assistance.

    Regards.
