Tableau API using .net

Hi, I'm new to .net. I want to connect to Tableau API using .net. I want to trigger extract using REST API with .net. I found this link https://www.nuget.org/packages/Tableau.Api/1.2.3 and got installed but I do not see that much help. Has anyone used this?

Current versions - Visual studio 2017, Tableau 2020

    I don’t know this API, but why don’t you use rat api?
