First sorry for the troubles.
Many many users are experiencing Windows update issues since the Spring update.
Chance are your apps are not compatible with the feature update of Windows.
You can either try uninstalling and reinstalling the apps that are not working OR you can do a rollback until either the software vendor or Microsoft come out with an update to make them compatible.
To rollback go to start - settings - update and security - recovery - go back to previous build.
Select to go back to previous build.
Once that is done then below is a link on how to stop the update for awhile.
Use that after you rollback.
