Hi to all

Currently, after reinstall Windows 10 64 bit, I face the following issues with Notepad application

  1. I cannot read the old created Notepad files that include Arabic text with or without English text. (Attachment #1).
  2. When create a Notepad file with Arabic text that included in its body (I mean not in title) and when I go to use Save or Save As tab, an error message will be appears tell me to change encoding from ANSI (it seems is default) to other, so that I ask if I how I can make Windows system accept ANSI Encoding, or make the Unicode for instance is the default option to save Notepad files purposes ?

With my best regards

    Hi ESAMI,

By default the ANSI file type encoding that you can use. Now, you can go to Control Panel > Region > Administrative > language for non-unicode programs > Change system locale > Select the language or countryand then restart your PC).
