Hi! After the latest windows update, when I play a video on some sites (for example, Netflix and Viaplay, but not Youtube) the screen goes black. The audio continues, and when I move the mouse it goes back to normal for a while and then goes black again. Why is this happening, and is there anything I can do to fix it?

    Hi Littl3Sparrow,

If you are not using Edge

In your Browser, at the top right click the 3 dots (ellipsis)

    Choose Settings - Advanced Settings

Somewhere you will find the 'Hardware Acceleration' setting - turn that off

    Restart your Browser

    If you are using Edge:

    Open Edge

    Go to this website: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-p...

Click the Test Flash Player button

Right-click on the image below the Test Flash Player button choose Settings

    Uncheck Enable hardware acceleration

    Click on Close

    Restart Edge
