Hello, I am unable to download microsoft framework.net 3.5 on my surface pro 7 code error: 0x800070002

First how did you install the .net framework,the official site is this : download .net framework 3.5

And to the error 800070002, it often means the file or folder cannot be found.

Update your windows to the newest version and try this solution first:

net-framework-35-windows-10-error-0x80070002

I would search for add windows features in the search box next to the start button, I would install .net framework 3.5 from there
