I can not login Azure Portal

I try to access Azure Support, but it shows me the message in the picture.

If I click Sign in again, it reloads the page and shows me the same message again. I can not do any actions in the Portal.

Anybody knows how can I solve it?

When it comes to the conditional access policy, do you have an admin that can disable this feature so you can log in?

Or if you own this tenant, do you have a break glass type of account that can be used to re-gain access to your tenant?

In the portal on top right section, could you try to select right directory and subscription first and then go to Help and support.

No. As you can see in the screen-shot-2021-02-20-at-53301-pm.png, the system only gives me 0.5~1 seconds, and then it alters the message. The only thing I can do is "Sign in again", but the same problem occurs.

Did you try using other browsers and also private mode? Like chrome incognito?

Yes, I tried Firefox, Chrome incognito, and Safari.

Now, I can not even pass the login part.

And very interesting, I still receive the Azure updates email.......
