In the portal on top right section, could you try to select right directory and subscription first and then go to Help and support.

I try to access Azure Support, but it shows me the message in the picture.
If I click Sign in again, it reloads the page and shows me the same message again. I can not do any actions in the Portal.
Anybody knows how can I solve it?
