Windows Command Processor Problem

For a while now I have been having a windows command processor appear on my task bar and in my task manager, this command processor is constantly disappearing and reappearing so I cannot exit out of it or even end the process, I have received help from customer support about this problem in the past and it appeared to have worked only to have it return the very day as soon as I turn my computer on. I have too many files on my main profile and cannot afford the time or knowledge required to transfer everything to another profile. I had left this problem for a while as I assumed that the problem would be rectified in a Windows 10 update but to no avail, please help!

    Hi Cory1990,

Is there any text in the Command Prompt window?

Can you take a screenshot of this, or does it happen too fast

This sort of thing is generally caused by something on your Start Process list

Task Manager and indeed Msconfig offer only limited control over Startup items . . .

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

With that utility, you can right click and delete any startup item in Windows

Look for anything erroneous, then take a screenshot and I will have a look for you . . .
