Exam discount not available which was available two days ago

I have exam discount for AZ-204 exam in account which was available two days ago and it was going to expire on 31/03/2021. But now it is not available because today i am going to schedule my exam. Please help on the same. My email is uttamsingh1984@mohamed .com
