event 1202

hello,
I recently received the event on my DC server event id 1202
I followed the instructions here:

Then I found the following error message:

----Configure General Service Settings...
Configure SCPolicySvc.
Configure RemoteRegistry.
Configure mpssvc.
Warning 5: Access is denied.
Error opening mpssvc.
Warning 5: Access is denied.
Error opening mpssvc.
Warning 5: Access is denied.
Opening service mpssvc for start access failed.
Error 9: The storage control block address is invalid.

But there are no DC server services firewall :

Do you have any idea what the source of the errors is?

    There is no Windows Firewall service on the DC.

    Is that normal?

    Before we go further, may I know what changes have you made before this Event occurred?

    What's the OS version of your server?

    Please help to post detailed event log for further troubleshooting.

    SFC returned nothing

    But this is still missing from our DC. Weird.
