hi , i wanna stop my google chrome from opening msn automatically

Question

each time i turn my pc on and connect to wifi , my google chrome opens and goes to msn page and the internet icon turns to no internet but i still got the internet , this is really annoying how can i fix this ?? im using windows 10 btw and i didnt even know what msn is before this happens !
