Have you tried to reinstall the app?
Out of interest do you have more than one user account on your machine?

I am using boxoft free PDF to JPG converter. I am trying to either use the command prompt function or hot directories function to convert pdfs from one folder to another in JPG format. I am receiving the error message when adding a pdf file to the input folder. How do I fix the error message?

Yes I have but that still doesn't change anything unfortunately. Anything else I should try? BTW thanks for replying quickly.
hi Joefre93,
Have you attempted to run the application or command prompt as an administrator to see if this resolves the issue?
thanks
