Whenever I run both Wifi and Bluetooth at the same time, my wifi begins to run extremely slow, making it near impossible to watch YouTube in HD. As soon as I turn off my Bluetooth, my connect returns back to normal, allowing me to return to my fast-paced web surfing. Up until about two weeks ago, my computer ran both of them flawlessly at the same time. Any ideas on what to do? I'm running an HP Notebook HP 15-ay041wm.

Also, where would I change my Wifi frequency? I tried using this setting, but nothing changed. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/7cd71318-957e-4b75-bb25-76d7b4602a09?platform=QnA

I can try, but what would have caused this to be an issue? Everything was working fine before, so what changed?

Hi Xenon, this can happen when both your WiFi and Bluetooth are running at 2.4GHz

Can you change your WiFi adapter to run on 802.11ac on the 5GHz band?
