0x80D2017 Error in Microsoft store

So I have been having this problem where whenever I try to update or install an app, I get this error that apparently means unknown. this is the "error log" or something, I am new with finding logs.

    nope, didn't work, but alot of red errors came up.

    Follow these steps.

    1. launch powershell
    2. Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
    3. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
