Cannot login Windows PowerShell

Question

I use Win 10, we use Office 365 account. I am GA. I cannot login PowerShell. Got the error:

"import-possession : Files cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system. Provide a valid certificate with which to sign the files."

I tried another GA account in my PC, also go the same problem. Therefore, it should be related to the problem of Windows PowerShell itself.

Other GA can login in their own PC.

Change the execution policy:
