Ok I ordered a RX 560 off of amazon (amazon warehouse)

Also here are my parts

Corsair CX Smart 650w

MSI B250i Mobo

MSI RX 560

Western Digital 3tb HDD

Sandisk g26 240G

Coolermaster gaming elite 110 mini itx case

When I installed the RX 560 GPU I looked in Device manager and it said (code 43 windows has stopped this product) or something similar

Yes I re-installed the drivers

Yes it was from amazon warehouse

Any suggestions for me to try and fix this?

Or should I return it

All indications I've seen are that this is an AMD driver problem.

AMD has a special tool to uninstall its drivers, called the DDU:

    https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages...

. * Go to the AMD site, download the most recent version of the DDU.

. * Follow their instructions to operate it.

. * Uninstall the current driver,

. * download and install the most current version of the driver.

. * I expect you will continue to get the same error. That is OK.

. * On the AMD site, find an OLDER version of the driver.

. * Save it to your HD.

. * Run the DDU again.

. * This time install the older driver.

Anything found by hardware and devices troubleshooter?

Go to Settings>Update and Security>Troubleshoot, to run the same.

    Hi JachMontierre,

What happens when you try and open Radeon settings application?

I would also try re-seating the GPU on your motherboard if you haven't done so already.
