Error code VSL INITIALIZATION FAILED

I have attempted to run an online game called  world of Warcraft..   I have been getting error after error..I have repaired most of them. I think they all have to do with drivers. So I downloaded and installed the Latest driver from AMD for the Graphics card. Now I,m getting...VSL INITIALAZATION FAILED. So how do I fix it?

    You mentioned updating the graphics drivers, but you also did the CPU/chipset drivers?

    Dennis ty for your reply, I updated the AMD drivers for this PC. We purchased this Lenovo computer from Amazon last month and from day one it had problems as soon as I installed Windows 10. It has a lot of bugs that's for sure. I even contacted Lenovo and their techs worked on it. Still getting blue screens when I play WOW. It will play for a little while then it will freeze and restart. I've never had this much trouble from a laptop.It looks fairly new but it was sold refurbished.
