WiFi and Bluetooth Missing

I've been using my computer for several months and throughout those months I've been experiencing problems such as Bluetooth or WiFi failing. Both of these were able to be resolved using the windows media creation tool. However this time they are both failing. Bluetooth is gone from device manager and my Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 driver is failing. I've tried using the windows media creation tool as it has worked before, but this time it has not worked. I've also tried uninstalling the failed driver and reinstalling it, however that has not worked either. The only way I am able to connect to the internet now is via Ethernet. Being a college student, I would like to be able to carry my laptop around to classes however since I am not able to use WiFi it makes my laptop almost useless. I am using a Dell G7 7588 running Windows 10.

In the dell site, https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/prod... look for BIOS

or try using this link from the dell site.

    https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER05098388M/1/De...

Once it downloads run it, it will reboot and install the new BIOS SW. If you have Bitlocker on, suspend it before installing the new BIOS.

I am reading you uninstalled/reinstalled. Did you use the latest driver for it from the dell site?
