Every time I login this message

Why how do I stop this

    Try following

    1. Run Malware scan

    Malware Bytes - https://www.malwarebytes.com/

    1. Disable and re-enable Windows PowerShell

    Type appwiz.cpl in Windows Start Search box > Click appwiz.cpl > Click Turn Windows features on or off > Scroll down to locate Windows PowerShell 2.0

    Uncheck & OK > Reboot your computer > Once again repeat it and check this time > Reboot your computer

    1. Run SFC/DISM
