Hi Dawaween, are you running Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree Inc?
hss.trayntf.exe is part of that process. If you are running that software, do not remove those folders. If you are not running that software, you can safely remove those folders

hii, I have two strange files in my local disk "c" which are "È€Iù" and "È-Nø", the files contains text decument which is "[game] Hss.TrayNtf.exe"
the question is what are these files? can I delete them?
