I got a problem after updating
when i just opened my pc after 3 days it downloading updates
after this i was getting pop ups to change product key [The last product key {ID: 00330-80000-00000-AA173) you entered can't be used on this copy of windows. (0x803FA067)
Please fix this its annoying :(

Click the link below to download a small utility which will find your Windows 10 Product Key
Go to Settings - Update and Security - Activation
Try entering that product key there to activate Windows
Otherwise, contact Microsoft Support and ask them to help you re-activate your Windows 10

Open the Settings App
Go to System - About
Whet version of Windows 10 is reported there, is it Pro or Enterprise?
Then in the Settings App, go to Update and Security - Activation
Does Activation report that 'Windows is activated using your Organisation's Activation server'?

To better diagnose the issue,
Right click Start>Command Prompt-Admin and type in the following command:
slmgr.vbs /dlv
If you have Powershell instead of Command Prompt Run these in order:
cmd.exe
slmgr.vbs /dlv
You will get a window, take a screenshot using snipping tool and paste it it next reply.
