Unable to use get-appxpackage command in powershell

If you were wanting to get a list of installed apps, then you could use the command below instead.

(current user only)

Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName

(all users) must be used in elevated PowerShell

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Select Name, PackageFullName

Copy and paste from below, paste into your Powershell and then press Enter (You can not have a space between Get-AppXPackage)
