Hi,

I have sometimes errors message regarding semaphore.

NOTICE : I'm french and using a french version of Windows 10. So, I'm not sure for the exact translation of error message...

I have a batch that each night make a copy of my folder "Documents" to an external HDD linked by an USB_3.0 wire.

My "Documents" folder weights about 73GO and 950 folders and 22000 files.

In cmd.exe console, I can see that a minimum of about 9999 files have been properly copied (I can't see more assuming that the maximum height of cmd.exe console is 9999 lines...)

I can ask properties on destination folder using explorer and checks that before error 61Go, 838 folders and 20587 files have been copied.

and I can see that, for the last file copied, an error message is present :

ORIGNAL MESSAGE : "Erreur lors de la création du fichier - Le délai de temporisation de sémaphore a expiré."

TRANSLATION : "Error when creating file - Semaphore timeout has expired."

This errors occurs for the batch of THIS night.

This errors occurs for the batch of LAST night.

    I just make a test :

I make a copy/paste of "Documents" folder from my internal SSD to the external HDD.

All works fine until 89% and then the speed falls to 0 bytes/sec and stop.

I let explorer to 0 bytes/sec for ten minutes...

    And kill manually the process.
