That looks very much like a virus to me.

I would open the C:\Users\JeroCC\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows folder, then DELETE the folder named BTFVBFGF

Then I would run a full scan with your antivirus program.

As well as open the run box and type MRT to run the built-in Malware Removal Tool.

I think it is a virus too, but there isn't a folder named BTFVBFGF in that location. even if i check the box to show hidden items.

I ran a full scan with Malwarebytes but it seems that there are no threats in mi pc.

I think there is a "task" or something that is searching for that folder, but won't find it because it doesen't exist anymore.

Is there anything i could do to get rid of it?

From your screenshot, it looks like perhaps something is trying to open that file but it isn't even there.  So I think we need to find out what is trying to open it and remove it from there.

When does this message show up?  Right when you login?

    Thanks for the help Shawn!

Sometimes the message shows up when botting up my system. But if I close it, it pops up every 10 minutes or so.

The reason I ask is basically that might help us find out what is making it launch.

The good news from my view is that since the file cannot be found, it's already been removed (either from clearing temp files, the malware removal tool, who knows), but there's a shortcut still pointing to where that file used to be, and thus prompting this message.

If the warning only shows up when you first login, we might find it in your Startup folder.

If it only shows up at a different time it might narrow it down too.

You could try pressing Ctrl+Shfit+Escape, look on the Startup tab and see if anything suspicious or even just unnecessary is listed and disable it there.
