By the way, I would like to proceed with the test by adjusting the speed of linux ha.
For example, you want to adjust the time that primary and secondary communicate (50ms, 100ms, 150ms, etc.) I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what to do.

    This is Anne from Windows Cluster team, according to your description, you are setting Linux SQL cluster, Linux SQL cluster's theory is different from Windows Cluster. After some research, I found it seems you may want to set "Corosync" which like heartbeat in Windows Cluster:
