Question Regarding WPF and BAML

As I know, WPF use BAML(Binary Application Markup Language) as a precompiled XAML.
My question is..

BAML resource is finally injected to Application's dll/exe file?

it cannot be separated from each other?

When we compile XAML in visual studio, all XAML is converted into BAML and that BAML is then embedded as resource inside the final DLL or EXE assembly. The summarise in this answer may help you understand BAML and XAML better.

is there no way to separate BAML file from app.exe/dll ?

I wonder why WPF does not support this way? I think if it is possible, there is no need to re-build the app project.

isn't it?

Microsoft provides a way to get the BAML file, you can click here to learn about it.
For information about how to build and use LocBaml, see Localize an Application. It might help you.
Regarding the no need to re-build the app project you asked, have you find the relevant article? If so, can you share it with me?
