"www.roblox.com" will not fully load correctly on every browser I've tried: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, & IE.

I've tried clearing cookies + cache and running virus scans, yet no luck.

Which Antivirus utility to do you have installed? Have you tried disabling it temporarily and and see if they work?

Have you tried using a different user account?

What type of Internet connection are you on, wireless or wired? If you are on a wireless connection, try switching to a wired connection and attempt the download.

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

    ipconfig/release

    then

    ipconfig/renew

    then

    ipconfig/flushdns

    exit the command prompt

    Press Windows key + R, type: %temp%

    Hit Enter

Delete contents of the temp folder

Restart your system and try downloading again.

If the problem persist, try resetting your router if you are connected one.

Power down the router, disconnect it, wait 10 mins

    Reconnect it, power up again

    Reconnect the Ethernet cable

    Try loading the page again.

    Other things you can try:

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    At the command prompt, type:

    netsh int ip reset

    Hit Enter

    Exit the prompt then restart

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot

    Scroll down

    Click Network adapters

    Click Run the Troubleshooter

When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

If not, press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Network adapters

    Right click your adapter

    Click Uninstall

Exit Device Manager, restart. Windows 10 should detect the network adapter then reinstall it. Check if you can connect and browse.

    also try:

Open Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status

Scroll to the bottom then click Network reset.

If the problem still persists, try using the Google Public DNS:

It was my antivirus! I excluded the website, as I know it is a secure site with a safe company owning it.

Thank you for your help! :)
