Windows 10 - Thumbnail Slow Loading

Hello everyone,

 On windows 10 thumbnails are too slow loading. especially on PSD, TIFF, PNG, AI, etc., graphical design files. i tried installing PSC CODEC, Sagethumbs, ARDFY, Etc.,. Tried customized folder option into pictures. cleared cache thumbnails on disk cleanup. NOTHING WORKS i want new way to fast thumbnails especially for graphical designing files like PSD.

    Hi aravindthavithu,

    Windows by default does not support these files nativaly. I have been in graphic design and typesetting for years and this has always been a problem.

    The best option I have found is to use Adobe Bridge when browsing your graphics files, it is specifically designed for this purpose and integrates perfectly with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign . . . etc. and it is a totally free digital asset management solution . ..

    Please try these 4 troubleshooting steps and update me

    1. Run Built-in & Guided Walk through Windows Update troubleshooter

    Built-in : Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows Update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

    1. Scan your computer for virus / malware

    A: Use Defender / ESET Scan

    a. Open Windows Defender > Virus & threat protection menu > Advanced Scan > Full Scan

    B. Run malware scan
