windows defender will not restart
tried using troubleshooting tool but didn't fix problem

ERROR_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH
577 (0x241)
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
Do you have any other Antivirus installed?
Do a System File check and run DISM tool and post back the results in the next reply:
