Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library Windows 8.1

Question

Hi, I've been struggling with this debug error for the past few hours and was hoping someone could help me out? This has only happened since a game I used to play and had already installed on my laptop needed updating through patches and continues to fail after a little time of downloading the patches. i have tried a few options like uninstalling visual studio c ++, uninstalling the game and a few others I found online but made no progress.
