Ctrl+Shift+T Beeping Noise

I have run into an issue with the Control+Shift+T command on my keyboard (the command that bring up previously deleted tabs). Every time I use the command, a beeping sound will happen after I press the T. It is only with this command that the beeping sound ever happens. I would like to know how to disable it. I have already checked if Sticky Keys are enabled, and they are not.

Thank You!

Thank you for getting back to me. I would like to confirm if the issue still happens after you've tried using another keyboard. If yes, were you able to try creating a new account and check if the issue persist.

Will be waiting for your response.

    Regards.

My apologies for the late reply. I have done the steps above and both are set to off. My keyboard is a Redragon K552 Kumara. I will try to use another keyboard to see if that works, and if that doesn't, i will create a new account.

And yes, I have checked, the Sound Scheme is set to Windows Default.

    Thank You!

Thank you for letting me know. Please confirm if you were able to perform the steps above. Also, may I ask what is the model of your keyboard? Have you tried using another keyboard and check if the issue still persists?

If you still experience the same issue while using a different keyboard, it's best to try creating a new user account for us to isolate if the issue is cause by a corrupted user profile.

In addition, please make sure that the Sound Scheme is set to Windows Default. Kindly refer to the screenshot below:

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards.

The build is Windows 10 17134.191

There were no recent changes made to the device, but I did recently have troubles with my headset mic, and after that, I realized that the "on" light on my PC stayed on after I had shut it down, but it turned off after I held down the power button.

My apologies, but I do not know what you mean by make and model. The computer itself is a Lenovo ThinkServer TS140.

    Hello Hobson,

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    2. Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your device?

Meanwhile, make sure to turn off Filter Keys and Toggle Keys. To do this, go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard > Turn off Filter Keys and Toggle Keys.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.
