How do I get a transcript when the autocreation function fails?

Question

As you can see in the pic the requested transcript function failed. Of course the error message is less than helpful so I left to searching and asking questions on boards and forums. Can this be fixed and a transcript created?

I did check the language settings and it was set to English. I tried setting it to "choose a language" and then back to English but that didn't work.
