    Hi draconiva,

Exception code 0xc0000005 can be caused by an access violation issue of your user account. I will need more information to isolate the possible cause of your issue. Please answer the following questions:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Have you installed the latest version of the game?
    • Is the issue isolated to the program you mentioned in your post?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?
    • Can you tell me the current OS Build of your Windows 10 system? Click the Start button, type About your PC, press Enter, and then scroll down to Windows specifications to find this information.

To determine if the exception code is caused by a software conflict, I recommend performing a clean boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you run a specific program in Windows 10. For the steps on how to perform a clean boot in Windows 10, please refer to this support article. For more information, you can watch our YouTube video.

NOTE: Please go to the section: Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the PC in normal startup after fixing the issue.

If the issue continues, I advise removing the program and reinstalling it again.

Please respond back with the information for further assistance.
