Can we connect SFTP-SSH Server with Onedrive/Sharepoint Folder, if file size greater than 50mb?

Hello, I have file from third party remote server through winSCP which has a size greater than 50mb. Can i automate synchronization with MS flow connectors? or I have to go through scripting and task scheduler to automate the synchronization with onedrive folder.
