AIP Viewer not detecting Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Hi,
When I open AIP Viewer > Open > (accessing my OneDrive) - it doesn't show my Word/Excel/PPT files, only JPG, JPEG etc - in Supported File Formats.
When I change it to All Files, they are shown -- but why? AIP Viewer by default should identify regular Office Apps.
Plus, when I open a new Word File, mark it as Confidential (with Encryption), I need to give permissions to a user to Access, I click on Address Book and nothing happens.
On the other case, when the user is clicking on Address Book, it is giving a Warning Message.

Based on your description, I think your issue is more related to AIP.
As the three tags focus on general issues about Excel, Word, PowerPoint clients, to better help you, I will modify the tag.

Thank you for your detailed post!Would you be able to share some screenshots so I can gain a better understanding of what you're seeing? Specifically when trying to view your files, and the address book warning message.
A key thing to keep in mind when using the AIP viewer is, when opening and using Microsoft Office documents and emails that are protected, you don’t need this viewer. You can just open them using your Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). This viewer can also open protected text files, protected image files, protected PDF files, and all files that have a .pfile file name extension. For more info.
