Boot configuration data error 0xc0000225
After my computer updated, I cannot access Windows anymore. It boots up, then loads in with a black screen with the Windows Boot Manager telling me that Windows failed to start, File: \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Bcd , Status: 0xc0000225 , Info: The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors. I have tried booting it up using a disc with the Windows 10 installation media, but I cant reset my pc or continue to Windows. I have tried fixing it through command prompt, but when I put in Bootrec \fixboot it says 'Data error (cyclic redundancy check)'. How can I at least reset my Pc, or fix it if possible?
The pc came with Windows 10 installed, and its a Toshiba. The bottom serial code etc. card says Satellite C55-B5240x if that helps.

You could also check to see if there are some sectors of the hard drive damaged.
After you correct the damaged sectors you can enter with Windows Virtual and backup your files and then reinstall Windows
Take a look to the following link, there is a step by step guide
https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/hirens-boot-cd-al...
https://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd
https://mega.nz/#!BhxCkTga!_CvIpoGEcBNG4ijTtvrt...

Process:
- Enter your USB drive or CD
- Enter Dos Programs
- Enter Hard Disk tools
- Enter HDAT2 4.53 (Test/Repair Bad Sector)
- Then auto & choose your keyboard United states (or wait it will do automatically here)
- Press Enter & Press Drive level tests menu
- Enter Check and Repair bad sectors
- And now it will start, it takes a lot of time, so wait until it finished.
Or you can also use "Memtest86" to review a problem in Ram Memory, which is there in the same CD
