Does WinCE 6.0 R3 support ASLR?

Hi Team,
We are developing a solution using Microsoft VisualStudio 2005 and WinCE 6.0 R3.
And we would like to verify if WinCE 6.0 R3 supports ASLR?
By going through the WinCE 6.0 document, I could not find any information with respect to ASLR. However, WEC 7.0 has this option.
On a side note, I have tried supplying /DYNAMICBASE flag to linker -> command line option; rebuild the solution, and passing the newly generated exe to BinSkim, but BinSkim output is no different than original binary without DYNAMICBASE flag.
Could you please help?
