Also with out success I deleted the Mahjong and Solitaire and reinstalled both and it did not help the problem, of crashing the programs.

Game starts fine.  Runs anywhere from 10-30 seconds, then automatically closes.

    I have the same problem:

Running a test I find the "edgehtml.dll" is the Faulting module.

    In both Solitaire.exe and Mahjong.exe

    Thank you for posting back.

This is usually caused by a missing content file from the application itself and can be resolved by simply reinstalling the application. However, you might lose your game progress depending on the game. For this matter, we suggest getting assistance from the game support to learn how to perform a backup of your save file.

In addition, please make sure that the latest Windows updates are also installed.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi wkrSRQ,

Can you tell us what exactly happens when you're trying to play the game or reinstall it?

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
