    Hi Juicy boy,

    The error message you have mentioned indicates that the device's hardware key contains a "FailReasonString" value, and the value string is displays an error message defined by the hardware manufacturer. If the hardware key does not contain a “FailReasonString” value the message above is displayed.

    If the driver is up-to-date, then you may need  to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s website. This is to ensure that you have the latest driver available for your device.
