Please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." The program itself was just working just a few minutes or so before this happen. Hi Danielle,

According to the Procare developers:

Close Procare

Right-click on the Procare shortcut and select 'Open file location'

In the resulting File Explorer Window, find and delete the Procare.exe xml configuration file (It has a size of 1KB).

Restart Procare and it should work fine . . .

I have another issue I wonder if you can help me with! When i log on to this program I am directed to another little that stated " No licensing servers were located on our network to use. Would you like to enter specific licensing server info now?" - when i click on yes , it brings me to another box to put the server address in. I can I find this information to log it in? As you can see I'm not very "illiterate" when it comes to computers :)
