Manually replacing a corrupted file

I have tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and  sfc /scannow. It has not fixed my corrupted file, so I have been trying to manually replace it. The problem is that it says no mapping between account names and security ids was done. I'm not sure how to fix that. See picture below for reference.

    Hi, Andrew_797

You should repair the Operating System completely, before you should backup your files, check this link.

Repairing the operating system fixed that problem. However, I have a new problem now. I can't seem to overwrite the corrupted file with the good file because it is being used by another process? I have chosen yes and all as responses to overwriting. See reference below.

In order to do something like that, you would have to go into Safe Mode.

In command prompt, it said the working file was successfully copied over. However, when I check the file version and product version of the ntdll.ll file in the system32 folder. It remained unchanged and wasn't overwritten. Thus, I am still currently crashing in Monster Hunter World due to fault module ntdll.dll.

Do you have any solutions for this?

P.S. Thanks for everything so far.
