I wasn't able to find any documentation regarding the Stack Overflow post you linked. However, I added our Exchange tags to see if anyone from their team can look into this issue as well.

Since your issue is more related to Development, I have removed the office-exchange-server-deployment and office-exchange-hybrid-itpro tag.
