Filter Downloads folder

Question

Hello! I came with the idea to have an organized downloads folder. When you click on the downloads folder, there are sub-folders like Pictures, Winrar, Videos, Executable, etc. 

I found this on a different forums online which looks like this:

Yeah it works, but there's an issue..... When I have 2 files of the same name but in a different location and I click the sortfiles batch file, they become one, or, they replace. What can I do to prevent this?
