Hi I have toshiba laptop and i have problem when i m installing Windows 10 from Windows 7 from Microsoft download tool after intalling my laptop boot and saying restoring your previous windows version after that saying setup is preparing for first useThen

Are you able to boot to the USB? I’d like to get to the windows install screen where we can select to repair your computer, and then run some scans with command prompt.
