    That is app data.

    Some apps can reset, some do not. It is up to the app developer.

    Hi.  Thank you for your response.  I need to remove the stored data that is left behind when you uninstall an app.  So when i reinstall the app it is a clean install.  There is a reset button in the apps setting under advanced settings but it is greyed out.
